Alan served his time at Harpers in Union Glen as a mechanic before deciding to become self employed.

 

He spent 6 years at Taylors Auto Electrical running the tuning department, with part of his job involving Rolling Road tuning. and then trained as a Bosch Service Technician. This certainly helps when it comes to BMW, as most are Bosch Systems.

Alan is also involved in Motorsport, and because of this he does a lot of work to competition cars. He has competed in The Scottish Tarmac Championship for many years, and also The Aberdeen and District Motor Club Championship.

 

What does the future hold?

 

A.W. Autotech 's aim has always been that we can fix it, no matter what the job is.

 

Having great customer care and a great reputation is always highest our list. We recently fitted a supercharger to Club Member Graeme Watson's Z4, and intend offering more services in the future, including brake conversions ect.

 

As you can see, in addition to offering MOT's, repairs and Manufacturers Specification Services, we will turn our hands to anything.
